Top Sri Lankan economist falls to death from apartment

Renowned Economist and CEO of Frontier Research, Amal Sanderatne, passed away tragically this afternoon (23) after falling from the 7th floor of an apartment building at Rosmead Place, Colombo-7. 

 

 

The Cinnamon Gardens Police are investigating the incident to ascertain whether it was a suicide or an accident. Sanderatne was an alumnus of the London School of Economics.
