Two people were arrested for Undiyal money transfer

Two people were arrested at Dam Street, Keselwatta in Colombo 12 with Rs.8.2 million. The money is suspected to have been earned through the Undiyal money transfer system. The suspects were arrested based on the intelligence information provided by the Sri Lanka Navy.

 

One of the arrested was a 39-year-old who is known as the main suspect and the other is a 62-year-old man from Wellampitiya. Both were handed over to the Keselwatta Police for further investigations.
