A female student gets stabbed at Dhamma school.

Followed by a stabbing incident, a young female student was left injured this morning at a Dhamma school. The incident was reported from the Gal Oya area.

 

The incident had taken place around 7.45 am when a man entered the premises and stabbed the girl.

 

The girl who was identified as an 11th-grade student is currently under the treatment at the Base Hospital in Kantale.

 

Meanwhile, the police have arrested the suspect and the weapon for investigation and the investigation has revealed that the cause of the stabbing is her refusal of a romantic relationship with him.
