Lanka E News writer arrested

Senior DIG Police Media Spokesman Ajith Rohana stated that Keerthi Ratnayake, a resident of Kandy and a writer for the Lanka E News website has been arrested for making a false statement regarding an attack on a foreign mission in Sri Lanka.

Police say a former Air Force officer has been arrested for making false statements about an attack on an international relations agency in Colombo.

Keerthi Ratnayake has been the author of Lanka E News website on security and international relations.
