Indictments handed over to ETIs former board of directors

Jeevaka Edirisinghe, Nalaka Edirisinghe, Asanka Edirisinghe and Deepa Edirisinghe have been named as defendants in the case before Colombo High Court Judge Manjula Tilakaratne.

ETI has also named the accused in the case and released them on cash bail of Rs. 100,000 and two sureties of Rs. 50 lakhs each.

The case is set to return to court on September 8.
