Italy wins the Euro 2020 final 3-2 in a penalty shootout.

England's aspirations of ending a 55-year waiting for a major trophy were shattered when they were defeated by Italy on penalties in the Euro 2020 final at Wembley.

After Marcus Rashford struck the post, the big keeper saved Jadon Sancho and Bukayo Saka, while Federico Bernardeschi, Leonardo Bonucci, and Domenico Berardi all scored for the Italians.

Both teams had drawn 1-1 in extra time at Wembley on Sunday.
