Climate change: Algae is being used by a craft brewery to reduce emissions

Carbon dioxide (CO2) is produced during the fermentation of beer and is normally discharged into the atmosphere. So Young Henrys, a small brewery in Sydney, collaborated with climate experts to develop a method for capturing CO2 and converting it to oxygen using microalgae.
Brewers estimate that their algae produce the same amount of oxygen as two hectares of bushland.
