A former Apple engineer is accused of stealing Apple's secrets

Weibao Wang (35); a former Apple engineer is accused and criticized for stealing the Apple company's self-driving car technology. The person is charged 5 years after he fled to China.

 

The person is accused of stealing thousands of files containing proprietary information while secretly working for an anonymous Chinese company. 

 

The indictment is focused on six accounts of theft or attempted theft of trade secrets. This is not the first time, but the third time. A former employee has been accused of stealing autonomous tech secrets from Apple to China.
