WhatsApp is going to unlock an amazing safety feature in a new update. The feature lets its users keep the privacy of sensitive data by facilitating them to hide the chats in a private folder that is accessible only with the device password or saved biometric. Plus, it will hide the content from notifications making an outsider block by reading the texts.

 

"We think this feature will be great for people who have reason to share their phones from time to time with a family member or those moments where someone else is holding your phone at the exact moment an extra special chat arrives," WhatsApp says.

 

 With the new update, users will be able to use the lock option.
