Low-income families to receive monthly, 10kg of rice

The Cabinet of Ministers has given the approval to provide 10kg of rice per month to low-income families.

 

The Cabinet gave the not to the provision of 10kg of rice quota for two months, to 2 million low-income families, on 16 January.

 

However, the government has recognized 850,000 more low-income families to be included in this list. In that case, the Cabinet of Ministers has approved the proposal made by the President to extend the program to these families as well.
