A youth of 29 years is fatally shot in Ahungalla area

A young boy has been deadly shot in Middaramulla, Ahungalla this evening (April 14).

 

The boy who has been riding a motorcycle with two kids has been shot by another two individuals who arrived on a motorcycle.

 

The deceased one is said 29 years old. The severely injured youth was admitted to Balapitiya Hospital following the shooting, however, he later succumbed to serious injuries.

 

Meanwhile, the two kids were also hospitalized due to minor injuries. Ahungalle Police is conducting further investigations to identify the two culprits who fled away after the shooting scene.
