Met. dept. forecasts scattered showers in Western and Sabaragamuwa provinces

The Meteorological department forecasts scattered showers in Western and Sabaragamuwa provinces and Galle and Matara districts. Overall, fair conditions are expected island-wide. 

 

 

Moderately strong winds of 40-45kmph could affect the western slopes of Central Hills, Northern, North-Central, and North-Western provinces. Intermittent gusts may also impact Trincomalee, Hambantota, and Monaragala districts.
