Secretary of agriculture ministry has resigned from his portfolio

The secretary of Agricultural Ministry, Mr.M.B.Rohana Pushpakumara has forwarded his resignation letter to the Presidential Secretary, according to the internal news of the Ministry.

He has decided so due to the threats he faces on fertilizer. Media says that conflict within the government over the fertilizer has increased. Mr. Rohana is the 2nd who carried out the duties of the respective position under the President Gotabaya Rajapakse.
