All cleaning expenses from the pearl

All costs incurred to remove debris should be borne by the shipping company that owns the distressed MV X-Press Pearl according to the Environment  Authority. The Marine Environment Protection Authority (MEPA) and other relevant stake holders need to identify the locations and treat them as places of concern.
