Notice to vehicle owners in the Southern Province

The Department of Government Information stated that the issuance of revenue licenses by the Southern Province has been suspended from August 16 to September 15 due to the prevailing corona situation.

Accordingly, the Revenue Licensing Divisions of the Southern Provincial Department of Motor Traffic and all the Divisional Secretariats in the Southern Province have been closed down and no penalty will be levied on revenue licenses that expire during that period.

Applying for a revenue license online is the norm, and the validity of temporary revenue licenses has been extended by 60 days.
