New Cabinet to be sworn-in after August 11 SLPP General Secretary

The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) has announced that the new Cabinet of Ministers will be sworn in,  following the issuance of the Gazette notification in relation to the National List. 

 

The party emerged victorious at 2020 General Election, where they were able to secure 17 National List MP seats .

 

The SLPP submitted its list of 17 names to the National Elections Commission on August 7.
