More hotels added as quarantine facilities in SL

Several hotels in Pasikuda and the Shangri- La Hotel in Hambantota have been allotted as paid quarantine facilities in Sri Lanka.

 

The above decision has been reached owing to a  shortage of quarantine facilities in the country and an increased number of affluent Sri Lankans returning from COVID-19 affected countries on special chartered flights.

 

The prices of the above facilities are as follows.

 

• Per person per day for single occupancy  -  Rs. 12,500
• Per person on a sharing basis, with three packed meals - Rs. 7,500
