New school syllabus to be introduced in 2021 : Ministry of Education

The Ministry of Education has reached a  decision to introduce a new school syllabus on par with international standards, to suit the Sri Lankan context. 

 

The above program will be implemented as per the instructions of the Minister of Education, Prof. G.L. Pieris .

 

The school syllabus from Grade 1 to Grade 13 will be revised and the new syllabus will be introduced to schools in 2021.
