The petitioners named the Cabinet, New Fortress Energy Company, West Coast Energy (Pvt) Ltd, the Attorney General and several others as respondents to the petition.

 

Petitioners allege that the 53rd respondent's request to purchase 40% of the shares of West Coast Energy (Pvt) Ltd by the new Fortress Company was inconsistent with the National Energy and the respondents failed to pay due attention. Policies and Strategies (2019).
