President instructs to reduce unnecessary Govt. expenditure as cost of living rises
As the government heats up due to the rise in prices of basic commodities, President Goliyabhaya Rajapaksa has given instructions for his needs in the evening, using a number of unwanted vehicles used by the ministries.
The President has instructed Minister Udaya Gammanpila that he will not allow the rising world oil prices and calls for an alternative way to overcome the crisis.
