France's support for Sri Lankan agriculture

Arundika Fernando, Minister of State for Agriculture and Research and Cooperation in France, said that the organization supports sustainable organization in the tropics and Mediterranean.

Sri Lanka's Ambassador to France Prof. Kshanika Hirimburegama and Chairperson of the Palmyrah Development Board Krishantha Pathiraja were also present at the discussion.

The purpose of this discussion was to obtain the assistance of research institutes for agricultural activities in the country.
