Foreign Minister Dinesh Gunawardena meets European Union diplomats

Foreign Minister Dinesh Gunawardena has met the Senior Diplomats of the European Union (EU) on April 9 at the Foreign Ministry.

 

As per the sources, the Minister has updated the diplomats in relation to the current processes such as the constitutional reform process, the reconciliation mechanisms, and the strengthening of democratic institutions.

 

The Ambassador of France Eric Lavertu; the Ambassador Italy Rita Mannella, the Chargé d’Affaires of Romania Ambassador Victor Chiujdea and  the Deputy Heads of Mission of Germany, the Netherlands and the European Union  had taken part in the meeting.
