Employees leaving for work in 15 countries will be given the Pfizer vaccine by the government

The Sri Lankan Health Ministry has given permission for the Pfizer vaccination to be administered to approximately 8,000 Sri Lankan laborers who are awaiting employment in 15 nations.
Including Dubai, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sea Shells , Singapore, South Korea, Maldives, Malaysia, Israel, Cyprus .
The process will begin next week, allowing these personnel to travel abroad within the next two months, according to the Ministry of Labour.
Those under the age of 30 who are traveling abroad for work will be given the vaccine as well.
