Corona to Dr. Jayaruwan Bandara who received both doses of the vaccine

Dr. Jayaruwan Bandara, a former media spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Deputy Director of the National Medical Research Institute, has been infected with the Covid 19 virus after receiving the first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine and the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine.

The doctor underwent a rapid antigen test at the Medical Research Institute for a few minor symptoms, where he was diagnosed with the Covid virus.

 Accordingly, he is currently under quarantine in his home.
