Cardboard coffins made in Sri Lanka are exported to Vietnam

The Mount Lavinia Municipal Council recently imported 1,200 eco-friendly low cost cardboard coffins to Vietnam.

The cardboard coffins were exported as a result of a discussion between the Chairman of the Dehiwala-Mt. Lavinia Municipal Council, officials of the Embassy of Vietnam and the Ven.

Its cardboard coffins are used all over the country, said its founder Priyantha Sahabandu.
