Ajith Nivard Cabraal re-appointed Governor of Central Bank

Minister of State Ajith Nivard Cabraal has announced that he will resign from the post of Minister of State for Finance and Member of Parliament on Monday the 13th.

The current Governor of the Central Bank Prof. Lakshman is due to retire on the 14th and Ajith Nivard Cabraal is to be appointed to the post.
