A woman's body is found in a sack in a shop

The Valachchenai Police received a complaint regarding a missing woman yesterday and her body was found in a sack at a shop in the area.

The deceased has been identified as a 55-year-old woman from Valachchenai.

The woman had gone to the bank in a three-wheeler and the driver of the three-wheeler had brought the sack with the body along with another sack to the shop.

Accordingly, the owner of the shop and the driver of the three wheeler have been arrested in connection with the incident.
