A request to the Cardinal to raise black flags in every home on August 21st

Archbishop Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith Thera has called on all the people of the country to hoist black flags in every house on August 21 to protest against the injustice done to the Easter attack and the actions of the government.

He further said that the process of going to the international arena to seek justice for the terrorist attack that took place on Easter Sunday has already begun.

He added that although the Catholic Church had submitted a letter to the President expressing dissatisfaction with the current course of action taken in this regard, it was not satisfied with the response of the Director General of Presidential Legal.
