Create a poll with a single vote: 

Now with WhatsApp polls, you can not only create polls but also you can create polls in which all participants can only vote once at a time. To do this, you simply have to deactivate the option “Allow multiple answers” when creating a survey.

 

Search for polls in your chats: 

Searching a survey in the chat at a later point in time is as difficult as answering a survey immediately. That’s why users can now filter messages by polls, just like they can filter photos, videos, or links. To do this, simply, tap Search on the Chats screen, then browse through the search hits.

 

Stay up to date on poll results: 

WhatsApp keeps you updated regarding the response to your survey. It shows how many people voted in total. Also now users receive notifications when people take their polls.

 

Forwarding with caption

when you forward photos or videos that have a caption, now you have a few options: you can delete them, keep the original captions, or completely rewrite them to provide additional information when sharing photos between chats.

 

Share documents with captions

When sharing documents through WhatsApp, you have this option. You can add a caption before sharing. Just like sharing images or videos, you may need to add a little explanation to shared documents. Try it now!

 

When are the new features coming?

It’s happening now! The new feature is being delivered worldwide now. Depending on the user, however, it can take a few weeks before all new features are available for all users in all states.
