Italy becomes the first to block ChatGPT

Italy becomes the very first Western country to block ChatGPT which is an advanced chatbot.
ChatGPT which is developed by US start-up OpenAI and is backed by Microsoft is banned in Italy by the authority over privacy concerns.
OpenAI is said to be banned and investigated immediately, the regulator said but OpenAI stated that it confirms privacy laws.
Since the day it was launched in November 2022, ChatGPT has had millions of users. ChatGPT is programmed to provide answers using natural and human-like language.
Microsoft has spent billions of dollars on it and it was added to Bing last month.
However, Some key figures in the tech-field, including Elon Musk, have recognized and called these AI systems to be suspended due to the development of them would be out of control.
Further, there can be potential risks of artificial intelligence (AI), including its threat to certain professions and the spreading of misinformation and bias.
