Direct job opportunities for Sri Lankan skilled migrant workers in Russia

The Sri Lankan Embassy in Moscow has introduced a historic initiative by providing direct employment opportunities for skilled migrant workers from Sri Lanka in the Russian Federation. 

 

 

This initiative, in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Agency (SLFEA), aims to offer employment to Sri Lankan workers without the involvement of intermediary agencies. 

 

 

The first group of 58 seamstresses has already been sent to work at textile manufacturing plants in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Discussions are ongoing to provide more employment opportunities for skilled sewists and expand opportunities in other technical categories in Russia and other accredited countries.
