School transportation fees to be reduced

The transportation fees of school children are to be slashed with effect from May 01. The All-Island Inter-District School Children Transportation Association has taken the decision. 

 

The charges are expected to be reduced between 5% and 8% according to the association’s president N.M.K. Harischandra.
