The operation was carried out in Colombo with official dogs in the middle of the night

An operation was carried out last night (17th) in the Maligawatta Laksetha Sevana housing complex using official police dogs.

 

 

According to Maligawatta police, 08 persons whose identity has not been confirmed, 02 open warrants and 06 suspects with ice, heroin and ganja were arrested.

 

 

 Three drunk drivers have also been arrested.

 

 

The suspects will be produced in the Maligakanda Magistrate's Court today (18).

 

 

Officers of Maligawatta Police Station, Police Special Task Force officers and Police Official Dog Unit were also involved in the operation.
