Aloe Blacc arrives in Sri Lanka

American musician and entrepreneur Aloe Blacc arrived in Sri Lanka a short while ago to seek investment opportunities in Sri Lanka, a spokesman for the President’s Media Division (PMD) said.

 

Blacc is arriving in Sri Lanka on an invitation extended by President’s Senior Advisor on Science and Technology Prof. Gomika Udugamasooriya. 

 

Blacc, who is a renown singer and entrepreneur in America is set to have discussions with President Anura Kumara Dissanayake and meet relevant officials with regard to investment opportunities.

 

This invitation is a part of the programme launched by the government under National Initiative for Research & Development Commercialization (NIRDC) to foster innovation, the spokesman said.
