Pvt. bus strike on two routes ends sans solution

The private bus operators on the Kottawa - Borella (174) and Kottawa - Mount Lavinia (225) routes ended their strike on June 22nd. 

 

 

The strike was initiated on June 19th in response to deploying ten luxury buses on the mentioned routes without prior notification to the private bus associations. 

 

 

The operators temporarily suspended their strike as they did not receive a solution to their concerns.
