Gold prices drops in Sri Lanka

In line with the rupee’s appreciation against the US Dollar, Gold prices have dropped in Sri Lanka today.

 

According to the local gold merchants, the price of a 22-karat sovereign has been slashed to Rs. 145,000 in the local gold market today.

 

The price of a 24-karat is between Rs. 150,000 to Rs. 155,000 as reported.
