Main Line train suffers engine breakdown

On the morning of the 15th, a train headed to Colombo experienced engine failure in the Bulugahagoda region of Gampaha, leading to delays for trains on the Main Line. 

 

 

The Sri Lanka Railways Department reported that train services on the Main Line were temporarily restricted to a single track until the issue was resolved.
