Two school boys died by drowning in the sea

The police said in a statement that bodies of 2 schoolboys have washed ashore to Kokkuwil beach in the afternoon today (7). The deceased, 16-year-old students might have drowned after going to sea bathe in the Kokkuwil beach area on Saturday (6) evening, investigations revealed.

 

Kokkuwil police are conducting further investigations and the bodies of the deceased boys have been placed at the Batticaloa hospital.
