24-hour health team deployed for Siri Dalada Vandana

A 24-hour health surveillance team has been appointed to provide coverage for all devotees attending the "Siri Dalada Vandana," Kandy Regional Health Services Director Dr. Senaka Thalagala said.

 

She told the media that the team was appointed to ensure the physical safety of the devotees.

 

Accordingly, treatment will be provided on-site whenever necessary.

 

The Director also mentioned that local health staff and volunteer groups have joined forces to support this initiative.
