Sri Lanka's Public Security Minister goes to CID against FSP activist

Sri Lanka's Public Security Minister, Tiran Alles, has filed a complaint with the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) over a comment made by Duminda Nagamuwa, an activist of the Frontline Socialists Party.

Nagamuwa had alleged at a press conference that Tiran Alles and the JVP had invested money on an island in Europe.

The Minister emphasized the need to enforce the law impartially and swiftly, expecting clarity on these allegations.
