What next for port city?

Now as the Supreme Court has determined that certain clauses of the Colombo Port City Economic Commission Bill are inconsistent with the Constitution of Sri Lanka. The government move would be to agree with all the determinations and amendments of the Supreme Court with regard to the Colombo Port City Economic Commission Bill, and pass it with a simple majority. Otherwise, a two-thirds majority is required to pass certain clauses and a referendum is required to pass some other clauses.
However, as the Speaker stated that the Supreme Court has informed that if the relevant clauses are amended, they can be passed by a simple majority. The opposition May protest but they don't have further say on the matter.
The real issue would be how the Chinese government will access the removal of certain clauses to its investments.
