Three precious gems are taken to a safe locker amid tight security

The Kollupitiya National Gem and Jewelery Authority has decided to suspend all its activities as the building is in danger of sinking.

The National Gem and Jewelery Authority is currently operating on the instructions of Minister of State Lehan Ratwatte at the State Ministry premises in Narahenpita.

Accordingly, the National Gem and Jewelery Authority has taken steps to place three precious gems in a secure locker of the Bank of Ceylon under tight security.
