The vote count for port city questionable - GL

The port city bill received 150 votes but it was announced that it received only 148 votes said, Minister GL Pieris. He said that the vote of parliamentarians Ali Sabri and Jayarana Herath was not counted and as it’s a serious matter it needs to be looked into.

 

Minister Pieris said that actually the Port City bill has been passed by a two-thirds majority
