The potential for transmission of COVID from child to child is minimal

Specialists say the covid 19 virus is less likely to be transmitted from child to child or from child to adult.
Dr. Channa de Silva, a pediatric respiratory specialist at Lady Ridgeway Children's Hospital, told reporters that parents should not be afraid to send their children to school.
Dr. de Silva said that children were less likely to be infected with the virus at school if parents trained their children to follow proper hygiene practices and if they were properly monitored at school.
