Sri Lanka is keen to host the 2026 Commonwealth Games

The BBC reports that Sri Lanka is among the countries that have expressed interest in hosting the 2026 Commonwealth Games.

Accordingly, Australia, Canada, India and Sri Lanka have expressed interest in hosting the 2026 Games, but no host has been confirmed yet.

"We are working with cities and countries", said Dame Louis Martin, president of the Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF).
