SL participates in Bangladesh military exercise

Sri Lankan troops participated in a ten-day ay multinational military exercise called Shantir Ogrosena (Vanguards of Peace) – the others who joined in Bangladesh, India, and Bhutan.

 

Observers from the USA, UK, Russia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Singapore were present. “to ensure effective peacekeeping operations” was the objective of the exercise.
