Rohitha Rajapaksa says he has no intention of entering politics

Rohitha Rajapaksa, the youngest son of Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa, has no plans to enter politics and is currently campaigning for the general election, especially to fulfill the promises made by his father to the people during the general election campaign in the Kurunegala district.

Rohitha said that he was working with the people of Kurunegala and that he was the voter of Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa but he did not do so with the intention of contesting in the future.

Rohitha further stated that he joined these social projects for goodwill and not with the intention of getting votes.
