Retirement pension and elder's allowance to be paid on 28th and 29th

The payments of retirement pension and elder's allowance due to May 2021, received through post offices can be acquired on 28th and 29th from 8 am to 2 pm, according to the statement made by the Postmaster General Mr. Ranjith Ariyarathne.

Those who expect to attain the above mentioned payments and also the ones who receive agricultural  and fisheries pension can adduce their respective Identity Cards to reach the relevant post offices.

Incase if the post offices are closed due to the COVID 19 travel restrictions, anyone can inquire through the telephone code 1950 , he further stated.
