Remains of 8 more COVID-19 victims buried, today

Commander of Army General Shavendra Silva said that eight more bodies of COVID-19 victims have been buried at the Ottamwadi area in Batticaloa on March 6 (today).

 

Accordingly, 17 corpses in with coronavirus  have been buried as  the policy on mandatory cremation was reversed last month.
