Rapid antigen tests at 12 road blocks around western province

Health Authorities have decided to carry out rapid antigen tests on persons entering the Western province from today. The tests will be carried out under the supervision of the respective police area.

 

The location and the respective police area within brackets are as follows:

 

Thoppuwa bridge (Kochchikade), Badalgama bridge (Kotadeniya) , Helagala Junction (Nittambuwa) , Giriulla bridge (Mirigama), Samanabedda bridge (Dompe) , Wanahagoda bridge (Hanwella), Benthara Bridge (Aluthgama)  Theeniyawala junction (Theeniyawala), Ketakedella bridge (Ingiriya) , Kalawana Saman devalaya (Badureliya), Gorakaduwa bridge (Meegahatenna) and Welipenna exchange on the central express way.
